1. Scope

3. Counter Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter notice that includes:

2. A statement of good faith that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
3. Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and agreement to accept service of process.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid counter notice is received, we will restore the content within 10 business days unless the original claimant initiates legal action.
